Sigaram Tamil School
We teach Tamil, the world's oldest language to our children. We take pride in contributing to our community in the form of taking our heritage and language to our next generation with the hope that they take it to future generations. We teach our children to Read, Write and Speak Tamil. Our ultimate goal is for the students to achieve GCSE and A level in Tamil language.
Building Community
In addition to the teaching, we encourage our students to participate in number of Community events be it Recitation competition, Speech Contest, Cultural events, etc. and help them to get involved and engaged with the community. This way Children know the Tamil culture and importance so that they pass on to next generation.

Literature
We aim to teach rich literature and history that comes with the language. Some of the literature include Thirukkural, Dhevaram, Thiruppugal and other Sangam literatures.
Culture
We provide platform for children to participate in cultural events like Dance, Drama, etc. conducted by various Tamil community/charity organisations on our festivals. This way children also come to know about various festivals celebrated and know more about culture.
Charity
As a non for profit organisation, the ultimate goal of Sigaram is to support the local community by organising various fundraising and other charitable events along with like minded communities in the United Kingdom.
